This post brought to you by JOHNSON’S® Baby. All thoughts and opinions remain my own.

I have always loved bath time with my littles. There something about the skin on skin contact, the soothing nature of the warm water and the absolute fun my babies had playing with the water that made it the perfect end to my day.

Not to mention I absolutely love the smell of a freshly bathed baby. *sigh*

I was a loyal JOHNSON’S® Baby product user for years and years. To be honest, it wasn’t until recently that I started looking at labels and I was surprised at what I found in a lot of my baby products.

JOHNSON’S® Baby took our comments to heart and decided to listen to moms. Being a mom is hard enough… we need peace of mind when using trusted products.

JOHNSON’S® has met their 2013 Safety and Care Commitment to remove formaldehyde-releasing preservatives and reduce traces of 1,4 dioxane from all of their baby products, everywhere around the world.

Additionally, for most of JOHNSON’S® new and improved baby products, they have removed parabens – ahead of their 2015 commitment as part of their promise to you.

We love babies. And the last thing we want is for you to worry about safety. That’s our promise to you. After we heard that some moms were concerned about the ingredients in our products, we made the decision to stand up and change our product formulas—not because of safety, but for peace of mind.

As a way to express our commitment to babies everywhere, we have created a video sharing our promise as a love story to all of you. Based on a Japanese legend that folding 1,000 origami cranes will result in a wish granted and a hope fulfilled, our scientists came together with their families to create an origami stork mobile to show mom that her promise is our promise, too.

Be sure to watch the video below. To me, it made me realize that the people that formulate and create these products are not some fictitious scientist in another realm, but actual moms and dads that worry about what they use on their children as well. It touched me and made me proud to be a JOHNSON’S® Baby product user again.

It’s good to know they have taken the findings to heart and are standing up to their positive image.

  2. Stacey Roberson says

This is one factor that I pat close attention to when purchasing products for my baby. I want to know I’m putting save, non-toxic chemicals on my son.

  3. Becca says

    This is great!

  4. We always used Johnson’s baby products when my kids were little. Now my youngest is six and I sure miss the smell of freshly bathed baby.
