Holiday Gift Guide | Sunbeam Heritage Series Stand Mixer

Holiday Gift Guide | Sunbeam Heritage Series Stand Mixer

My oldest is moving out this summer to finish up her last year and a half of college at a university. She is starting from scratch as she’s lived at home until now, so she is currently collecting items for her kitchen. She loves to bake on occasion so I thought a stand mixer would be a great Christmas gift for her. When I was offered the red Sunbeam Mixmaster Heritage Stand Mixer I couldn’t refuse… she wants a red kitchen!

Durably constructed from die-cast metal, the mixer comes equipped with a 350-watt motor for effortless mixing at any speed, and its heavy-duty accessories are color-coded for quick, easy insertion. For added convenience, the stand mixer’s free-spinning bowl amps up overall efficiency, while its off-center bowl means minimal scrapping necessary. Plus, it’s super quiet, so mixing a batch of cookie dough won’t wake the kids during nap time. All this without the hefty price tag (competitive models are typically two to four times as much). What more could you ask for?

I personally own the other high end stand mixer, so my standards are fairly high. There are many things I love about my personal mixer, but the Sunbeam does stand up well in a few areas.

Scraping the bowl in the Sunbeam while it is running is an easy task and does not interfere with the beaters. Not only can you scrape while it’s on, it will rotate the bowl for you in the process. Another plus with this mixer is that you can easily add ingredients while it is running without making a huge mess. The power of the Sunbeam seems comparable and although the bowl capacity is on the smaller side this unit will make a great starter for my daughter.

I am loving the style and look of this model and it’s performing well even compared to the “big boy”. If you bake on a smaller scale this would make a great model for your kitchen!

  • Iconic Sunbeam design elements interpreted in a fresh, new ID
  • Elegant durability of die-cast, all metal construction
  • Performance of 350 watts
  • Highly preferred 12 variable speeds
  • Stainless steel beaters and dough hooks for versatility
  • Stainless steel bowl 4.6 quart

I love this mixer! My husband has got into baking a lot recently for some reason & I think he would love it! It’s not to big so it doesnt take up an entire cabinet to store. Yet it isnt to small like a hand mixer. Its the perfect size!
