Kids can be so hard on their bedding. I had just been thinking about how ragged Emma’s comforter was looking when Beyond Bedding contacted me. After some surfing through the kids bedding, Emma decided she would like to review the JoJo Pink & Green Flowers 4pc Bedding Set in Twin.

This classic girls Pink and Green Flower Collection twin bedding set is in full bloom with real flower power! She’ll adore these crisp petals in the perfect pink and green color combination in 100% cotton fabrics. Embroidery and appliqués of detailed flowers decorate this beautiful set for a timeless designer look that is perfect for any girl’s room.

Twin Comforter (62″ X 86″)
Twin Standard Sham (20″ X 26″)
Twin Bed Skirt (Dust Ruffle)
Window Valance (84″ X 15″)

 

The bedding arrived quickly and Emma was super eager to put it on her bed. As you can see from the photo, her room glows pink anyway. She was replacing a princess themed comforter. I had worried that the floral comforter would look odd with all the princess wall hangings, but it all blends together just fine.

I am familiar with JoJo bedding from shopping for crib sets for Emma and Ethan. I knew they made quality items and I wasn’t let down with this set. The quilting is detailed, it is adequately sized (I’ve had a few that barely hang over the edge) and the stitching seemed solid. The bed ruffle fit on nicely and accents the quilt perfectly. I have yet to hang the valance because it does not “go” with Emma’s current pink room darkening curtains.

It’s amazing how just changing the quilt/comforter changes the feel of the room. Walking in Emma’s room gives me a “big girl” feel as opposed to her princess theme. We plan to re-paint her walls with a pale green that compliments the green on the trim/ruffle.

There were so many sets at Beyond Bedding that I would have loved to have tried. Their new Custom Teen Bedding section allows you to create your own set giving their room a more unique one of a kind touch. I know that Kaytlin might have stayed with one set longer (I believe she’s been through six sets since becoming a teenager) if she had been allowed to customize her own set.

I also fell in love with their Ladybug Baby Bedding. It is cute enough it “almost” makes me want to decorate a nursery again. I wish that I had gone this route when decorating for Kaytlin or Emma. The wall hangings and accessories could carry over easily into a bigger girls room.

    I have been looking at beyond bedding’s bedding for weeks now. I finally picked the Olivia collection for my daughters room. I am currently expecting a second daughter in March and my girls are going to share a room. I wanted to do the room in pink and green but it is so hard to find matching sets for kids and baby. Now I have found the matching set and the only issue is price. I would love to win this bedding set in a twin size for my 3 year old daughter so we can convert her to her twin size bed before the baby gets here.
