Getting Organized with Fellowes Bankers Box | #GetOrganized #BankersBox

I am happy to announce I am a Fellowes Bankers Box Stackable Storage Ambassador Program. This is a two month program with a fun giveaway included and next month I will show you my “after”!

Since I started blogging, I’ve been having issues with “clutter” stacking up. It’s not bad clutter… it’s stacks of product that I need to review, or have reviewed and put away for gifts later or items that magically arrived at my doorstep. My front hall closet has been the victim of a few “toss and run” events and I know it’s time to tackle it before I’m the victim of a clutter avalanche later down the road. Hopefully this will kick my butt into gear and start to spread throughout the house as I am definitely seeing the need for some serious spring cleaning.

Here you can see my lame attempt to organize the closet. It worked for a little while, but items haven’t been put away in the correct spots and we are still losing things as much as before the pockets. The drawers on the floor hold our winter wear and electronic items (like power cords, charging cables etc) that are too important to toss out, but just don’t have a “home”.

I received four boxes of… well, boxes! These aren’t just any box, though. They are Fellowes Bankers Boxes!

  • Stackable storage for your home
  • FasfFold® design for quick and easy assembly
  • Heavy-duty triple wall, double wall construction
  • Reinforced plastic handles for easy lifting and carrying
  • Large windows to easily identify box contents
  • Easy to fold up and store flat to save space
  • Stylish design fits with any decor

I like to use the rubber totes in the basement for long term storage, but I am excited to be using these Bankers Boxes for items that I still want access to, but want to organize their storage.

Assembly instructions are printed on each box, but once you’ve assembled one it’s rather intuitive to do. You start by pushing the floor of the box downward into place. The next flap is the front one… simply insert the plastic film and fold over that flap.

With a few more flaps to fold in you have an almost finished box. All you need now are the handle inserts, that slide in and snap together and a few folds that finish the lid.

The double and triple walled boxes feel sturdy and with the plastic handle inserts I feel confident that I can fill the box up and not overburden it when trying to carry it to another room.

Do YOU have a messy closet, too? Then listen up!

  1. I learned how ergonomics helps productivity

    Comfort Pays
Since 90% of all office workers use computers, there are a lot of people who can benefit from proper ergonomics in the workplace. Good ergonomics have been demonstrated to:
    Increase productivity
    Improve worker morale
Reduce health issues such as repetitive stress injuries, back and neck strain, eye strain, muscular pains and headaches
