No Churn Mint Chip Ice Cream Recipe

No Churn Mint Chip Ice Cream Recipe

IMG_6956

Our family loves just about anything mint, and we don’t need a special occasion to ask for it.

BUT, with St. Patrick’s Day just around the corner we thought a little mint ice cream might be a fun green treat.

This is super simple to make and you do NOT need an ice cream churn.

INGREDIENTS
2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Mint Extract
Green Food Coloring
