Timex is a well known name when it comes to wrist watches, a name you know you can always trust. So when I was offered the chance to try the Timex Ironman Sleek 50 Mid-Size wrist watch, I had to jump on it.

The bright bold colors are an eye catcher. The watch and strap is a super soft silicone that I find is super comfortable and easy to keep clean, because lets face it the plastic and fabric bands can get pretty dirty.
I wear my Timex Ironman for everything, just as it’s name says this watch is built tough and to last through the toughest beatings. It’s water resistant to 100 meters, too, so you’ve got your fitness buddy with you even during pool time. This is the first watch I have owned and even through all the beating it has taken, the lens has not gotten scratched at all.
When I first got the watch there weren’t any instructions included… yet setting the time and figuring out how to work it was pretty simple to do. You can go onto www.timex.ca and when you search for your watch there is a online manual that you can use to help walk you through each step.
The wrist band I find is very soft and comfortable, but since I do have bigger wrists I’m finding the ends of the strap tend to pop out of the band “keeper”. I find myself wishing that it had a couple more notches in it for length.
