Sorry to hear about that financial blow… At least you’re sitting at zero debt to begin with. That’s thankful! Homes can be so expensive! I sometimes have a small panic that our ac unit will go out. Best of luck with your repairs.

Also, This graphic is really terrifying.

  2. It is a real problem! I too have had quite a time. Credit card companies and other lending companies make it so easy to borrow. Oh sure they show you how you can pay it back but when your husband looses his job, becomes disabled and you loose your family business as well. There is no money to pay them back. I hope one day to never owe anyone again. We used to be debt free, that was until my husbands accident. Thank you for your information. I see I am not alone. =(

I feel for you. I have lost everything in this recession and now all that I have is a mountain of debt and a lot of depression. God Bless You and I hope that you will be able to manage.

Great job in paying off your debt. I have taught my kids that if you don’t have the money in your checking account to buy something, then you can’t buy it. Credit cards are for emergancies only. It has taught them to save and always save for a rainy day, there is always a rainy day.

We are working to pay off all of our debt (Thanks Dave Ramsey!), but it’s still sad to see this type of infographic. Sorry to hear about the repairs that your home needs!
