Non-Toxic With a Small Footprint : Lullaby Paints

Lullaby Paints

Lullaby logo

We are in the process of rearranging bedrooms, building a fourth bedroom in the basement, and turning the existing basement into a family/media room.  It’s been a very long process, and we’re still working through some things, but I just couldn’t wait any longer to get some of the walls painted.  We have 2 walls that we don’t have to touch for the renovation, so I thought I’d get those painted and out of the way.  Is that strange?  Probably.  But, at least I won’t have to paint those later, right?

Lullaby paints are non-toxic and are perfect for a child’s bedroom.  They’re great for letting the little ones “help” too.  There’s no fear of them inhaling toxic fumes.  Let them paint away! Then go back and fix what they helped with.  🙂  The packaging is eco-friendly too.

Here’s what they have to say about their paint pouches:

Reviews 073

Here’s a snapshot of what makes it so special:

Our pouches weigh 50% less than a traditional paint can. That means fewer resources are used to make it, it takes less energy to manufacture and ship it, and it creates less waste.
Empty pouches are far more easer to ship than traditional paint pots. One truckload of empty pouches is the equivalent of fifteen truckloads of empty cans.
Our pouches are easily resealed without excess air which prolongs the life of leftover paint. You’ll love that feature since it means you’ll never again experience the headache of going to grab some touch-up paint and finding it’s rock solid. Mother Nature loves it since it means less waste.
Paint cans are old-hat. Our eco-pouch is where it’s at.

Even though Lullaby was made with a child’s bedroom in mind, it can be used throughout the whole house.  We decided to use it for my son’s bedroom as well as the family/media room.  The colors to choose from are beautiful & I had a difficult time deciding which one to review.  I finally went with a nice, neutral color called Thatch.  The paint went on smoothly and I fell in love immediately.  I can’t wait to get the rest of the rooms done!

Lullaby paint thatch  paint - wet

Lullaby paint even comes in chalkboard paint with many colors to choose from!  I love that I can get creative with chalkboard paint that is also toxin free!  I’ll definitely be looking to Lullaby Paint for future painting projects.

If you’re looking for eco-friendly, toxin free paint, I highly recommend Lullaby paint.  They have quality paint that you can be proud of.
