Neatnik Saucer High Chair Cover Review

      Do you ever dread going out to a restaurant, because of the mess afterwards all over the floor! People looking at what a mess your child has created, drawing unwanted attention. Problem solved!

I was excited to see how this worked. McKenna loves her food, but she isn’t the daintiest eater. She is a two hand eater who shovels it in as fast as she can. She makes a mess no matter where we are… after our meal is done it’s onto my hands and knees picking up half of her food that didn’t make it into her mouth that ended up on the floor. We recently put the Neatnik to the test. While we waited for our meal to come I brought out some play dough for her to play with.  I am happy to report it was well contained in the saucer!

When our meal came, I was waiting for the food to fall through the holes and end up all over the floor. I was keeping and eye on the floor and was super excited to see not a single piece of food fell through!

The Neatnik saucer slips into standard restaurant high chairs and has a wide surface area to keep food and toys off the floor. There is two suction cups that fasten the saucer very firmly to the table top, no slipping and sliding, the saucer stays in place where you put it. It provides a clean dining surface for your baby, is portable, collapsible and easily cleanable.

The seat has two slots in it to allow the safety straps from the chair to pull through to buckle your child. It also has velcro straps to attach toys or soothers if desired and comes with a great compact case to carry it in with a pocket to put your wipes so you can easily to clean surface.

I think that the Neatnik saucer is a great invention. Not only do I think it’s great for containing food, I think it will be a great asset to craft time with her… with painting or any messy activity. It is a well thought out product. The only thing I had a hard time with was learning to fold it back up. It does take some practice but once you figure it out, it’s not that hard to do.
