Emma has a slight obsession with dresses. If she can twirl, she will wear it. When Nancy August offered to let Emma review a dress from their site we began our search. Let me warn you now, it is not an easy decision. Nancy August has a wide variety of baby, toddler and girls dresses ranging from flower girl, communion, holiday, princess, pageant and more. While sifting through the site, Emma spied this Minnie Mouse dress in the princess section.

This girls Minnie Mouse costume is too sweet to pass up this Halloween season. This deluxe 3 piece ensemble features a one piece black bodice with bell pouf short sleeves and a attached super short red and white polka dot mini skirt. The white waistband is adorned with a petite white detachable bow. This Minnie Mouse outfit also comes with the all famous Mickey Mouse ears headband with a red bow tie and sheer black tights to complete the look. When we took the dress out for Emma to try on I couldn’t believe the detail. The back laces up the back, there is a beautiful satin black bow that ties in back, the skirt is layered with tulle for extra fullness (and better twirls!), the waistband is accented in front with a white satin bow (removable for washing) and the sequence on the ears was the cherry on top! Emma was giddy and skipped around the house while modeling the dress for me (hence some of the burry pictures). I am very glad that I ordered the dress in a size bigger so Emma will have a little extra time to wear it. I realize it’s a costume, but to Emma it makes her feel pretty and fun.

Nancy August carries so many cute dresses and accessories! They even carry tuxedo, suits and christening items for the little guy in your life, too!
