Reese’s Crust Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Reese’s Crust Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Edited Reese's Crust Fudge 2

I am a self admitted chocoholic. Dark, milk, mint, white… any way you present it I adore it. When you combine it with peanut butter… o. m. geeeeeeee. BEYOND good! Reese’s peanut butter cups are adorning the shelves for Easter and I figured what better way to eat them with more peanut butter, right? Fudge with a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup “crust” makes my mouth immediately start watering.

These would make a great after school snack, a yummy Easter goodie or just because.

Ingredients
  • Reese's of any size,
  • 3 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1.5 Sticks of real unsalted butter
  • 5 oz. Evaporated Milk
  • 2 cups of Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1- 7 oz jar of marshmallow cream (optional)
Instructions
  1. I used a 12x8 Pan, but you can use any thing you want. A 9x13 tends to be too big.
  2. Line the pan with Wax paper and Spray with cooking oil.
  3. Using Reese's of any size, put one layer over the wax paper.
  4. Prepare fudge using Granulated Sugar, butter and Evaporated Milk ;
  5. (Put these three ingredients into the microwave for 2 minutes. Remove and mix,
  6. put back into the microwave for 4 minutes, Remove and mix. Once more in the microwave for 1 minute).
  7. Add: 2 cups of Reese's Peanut Butter Chips and mix until all chips are melted. Pour over prepared pan with Reese's Cups.
  8. Put the fudge in the refrigerator until completely cooled and set.
  9. **For a softer Fudge** After adding the Reese's PB chips and mixing until melted, add 1- 7 oz jar of marshmallow cream, mix well. Pour over prepared pan of Reese's cups.
