What mom doesn’t like a new bag that is practical and durable? Pink Lining has a line of great bags, from diaper bags for twins, kids backpacks, to luggage bags (coming soon). I had never heard of Pink Lining before and was excited to get the opportunity to review the Poppins bag. I was happy to see that all the bags come with a zipper wet bag, and a thick, cushy, water resistant change mat.

When I was looking over the bag all I could think of was “What a great bag for the day at the beach or at the pool.”. It’s a very deep bag allowing for all our daily necessities to fit with room to spare.  Inside the bag it is equipped with 2 insulated pockets for your bottles or kids drinks, 2 huge pockets for all those items that get lost on the bottom of your bag or for your wipes and diapers. Being someone who uses cloth diapers they don’t fit in the pocket but a few disposables will.

My personal favorite part of the bag is the outer pocket, I call it “My mommy pocket”. That’s for all my things: wallet, keys, pen, cell phone. In this zippered pocket there are 2 pockets for easy access to things you need in a hurry. All the bags come with a detachable mirror and the pocket has a pen holder with a clip for your keys so they are where you need them when you need them… no more searching through the bag to find them in the bottom corner.

I was amazed at what all I could fit in the bag. I was able to fit enough for a day out with the kids… 4 cloth diapers (which take up more room then disposables), a wipes case, diaper cream, drinks for both kids, my daughters baby, spare clothes, the changing pad and wet bag that came with the Pink Lining Poppins bag.

The exterior of the bags are made of 80% cotton canvas coated in EVA laminate & 20% nylon. The lining is 100% nylon which means supper easy cleaning for when it gets dirty. You can even use just a baby wipe to wipe off those unexpected spills.

Overall I would have to say that I really like the bag with all the space and pockets it has for everything you need on your day out with the kids. The pattern isn’t my style, but they offer a good selection of different patterns to suit everyone.

The Pink Lining Poppins bag retails for $110.00 and can be purchased at www.pinklining.com

nice bag so girly! I love that adorable little cabbage patch baby! Where did you get it?

    • Hi Sabrina!

I asked Lindsay for you and she said she got it at Wal-Mart for around $10 just after Easter. She also lives in Canada, so I’m not sure if it is available here or not? 🙂

I actually bought it at Walmart in the states 🙂

I love the idea of an insulated portion for drinks. In summer the water bottle sweat SO much and hate that it gets everything all wet! I am with you on the print, but will look to see what other’s are available. Too light of print for me and my girls, after !so many kids I learned the lighter prints just get TOO dirty

Love all the pockets, especially the “mommy” pocket 🙂 and the insulated pockets for drinks, SO important. I don’t have babies anymore but I still cart around a diaper bag for wipes, drinks, snacks, change of clothes etc. and, like Eileen, I’m always having issues with their sippy cups sweating all over.

  4. These diaper bags are so cute! My sister would love to own one!

  5. I love the pink butterflies!

The only thing that could top it would be purple butterflies 🙂

  6. Love this! I like the femine side to it.

  7. Love this! I like the girly side to it. So cute and so pink.

  8. This looks like a great diaper bag! So cute too!

That bag is too adorable! It’s girly without looking like it was glitter-bombed LOL
