Ladybug Pretzels Recipe

Have a birthday party or get together coming up? These fun ladybug pretzels are adorable and super yummy, too. Quick and easy to make, you’ll be happy to whip them up for any occasion.

You will need:

24 Mini Pretzels
1 cup Red Candy Melting Chips
24 Beown M&Ms
48 Candy Eyes or Mini White chocolate Chips
96 Black candy Pearls

Lay the pretzels out on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.
Heat Red Candy Chips by microwaving for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the melted chocolate to the corner of a zippered plastic bag and clip a tiny piece off of the corner to pipe.
Pipe candy over the inside edges of the pretzel to fill completely.
Smooth with finger if necessary.

Place M&M for head on the rounded end of pretzel.
Place 4 pearls on each pretzel for the ladybug’s spots.
Use a small dot of melted chocolate as “glue” to attach the eyes to the head.
Finally, place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to allow candy to set.

Viola! The perfect addition to any gathering.
