Holiday Gift Guide 2013 | BrightLight Pillow

BrightLight Pillow

I received a sample for review purposes only. All opinions are my own.

One of my daughter’s favorite things is night lights. She has always been afraid of the dark and the lights soothe her so that she can sleep. It doesn’t matter how many night lights she has, she is always looking for another one. When she saw the BrightLight pillow commercial, of course, she wanted one.

The BrightLight pillow is a pillow that lights up! During the day, the pillow looks like a cute, white, star-shaped throw pillow.

But at night, the magic happens. Just push the button to turn on the pillow and a soothing show of twinkling lights appears. It slowly rotates through several colors which Mikenah loves!

The “show” lasts for 15 minutes and then turns off. This is a great feature to save battery power, and if Mikenah is still awake, she can just push the button again and it cycles through the lights for another 15 minutes.

The Brightlight pillow runs on 3 AA batteries. The battery compartment tucks inside the pillow and there’s a protective cushion so that when laying on the pillow, it’s still super soft and comfy. It’s available in Pink Beating Heart, Starlight Square & the NEW Twinkling Star (as shown) shapes.

This is such a cute product and would make a great gift for anyone – especially those afraid of the dark!

We’ve recently moved and my daughter is now in her own room. She has started saying she doesn’t like how dark it is, even with a nightlight. I feel a product like this would make her more comfortable and be in control of how much light she needs/wants on. I think this will be on her list before Christmas even!

  2. My son wants one of these so bad, and they do look really cute.

These make for an excellent night light. And I like the automatic shut-off after 15 minutes feature – usually enough time to get the little one to sleep.

My son wants one of these, he loves all these “as seen on tv” things. I like that it turns off after 15 minutes.

What a cute pillow to own. My niece would love the colorful bright light pillow. It looks soothing to a child, and fun to look at. Great present to give for Christmas!

My kids saw a commercial for this and now want it. The idea is so neat to have a nightlight right there beside you instead of plugged into the wall.

  9. My teenager would love this for her bedroom. Matter of fact she probably would want several for her room to put on her bed and her bean bag chairs. She loves making her bedroom her own special place and she keeps it neat and so cute. I can see her having them all going in her room to fall asleep with at night. This would make a great Christmas present for her if they not to expensive.

This looks so neat! My daughter has been trying to decide if she would like this or the Dreamlites. I like that they hide the battery pack so it is still cozy.
