I love to fill my house with the scents of cinnamon and apples during the holiday season. I used to burn multiple candles throughout my house until Emma started crawling around. Hot wax and burning wicks worried me with her little fingers exploring everything. I found wax warmers and immediately ditched all of my wicked candles.

CandleWarmers.com has a large selection of wax warmers, candle warmers and wickless items at very affordable prices. They sent a snowman illumination warmer and a snowman plug-in warmer and a few scents for us to try out.

I am in love with my little snow guys. The plug-in warmer is perfect for my kitchen. My countertop cannot handle any new knick knacks (trying to avoid clutter), but being able to plug him in on the wall is perfect. He is highly visible, isn’t taking up any room on the counter and he gives off a wonderful aroma. The tabletop snowman illumination warmer is a decent size, works rather quickly and looks so cute on the table. I love that both of these guys can be left out throughout the winter and my house smells like yummy cinnamon apple.

I love illumination warmers and how they are basically like having a night light on. Year ago when potpourri was the rage, I would forget and leave mine warming too long and it would burn to the bottom. This just doesn’t happen with wax warmers. Wax doesn’t evaporate… it just eventually loses its scent. When I am ready to change it, I warm the wax a tiny bit and it with a little nudge from a butter knife it pops right out. The melted wax isn’t overly warm, so if it were to get on one of the kids fingers/hands it doesn’t burn.
