I am a visual person, so to stay organized I try to write down everything. Unfortunately writing down everything can get confusing and cluttery. The M by Staples customizable notebook turns into your very own individual, organizing system making it easier (and prettier!) than ever to get and stay organized. I was sent several pieces to combine together and customize my own organizational system using the M by Staples line.

Everything from the M by Staples line is easily interchangeable and moveable. I slide the sticky notes/page flags into position at the front of the notebook so I can easily flip to them and select the one that fits my current need. I love that I can move the tab dividers to make one section large while the next section may only contain a few pages. If you end up needing more room, just slide it out and move it or don’t use it at all.

The task pad (the pad of lined paper trimmed in gray above) is a fabulous idea. I use notebooks to keep track of blogging tasks that need to get done. Instead of marking up my “to do” list, I slide in a sheet from the task pad to take miscellaneous notes or jot down ideas and pull them out and toss them when they are no longer needed.

One feature that is a little less productive but tons more fun is interchangeable notebook covers. I am a woman of many moods and I love that I can change up my notebook to suit my mood or just because I’m bored. I just front the pattern I want to use and leave the others behind so that I don’t lose them.

Staples offers many items to help keep you organized. I was also send a 3 ring notebook with page dividers, a stapler and a pen. I am all out putting pen to paper to brainstorm so keeping my papers organized, bound together and in one place is perfect for me.

  1. My son will need to stay organized next year, as he is entering middle school. These surely seems to be the perfect tools for organization.

    I could definitely use that.

Thank you so much for sharing this! I love organizing stuff and this is definitely a good way to do so.

It would be a great way to keep everything all in one place without it getting mixed up. I currently have several notebooks, legal pads, and countless sticky notes around the house. It would really be great to condense everything.

  5. Hi – I absolutely love the Art notebook system. It is terrific for those who like to be both creative and organized. I also use them for each of the children that I tutor. They help to customize them, write out the categories for the tabs, etc. They love the notebooks as well!
