Figleaves | From Swimwear to Nightwear

Screen shot 2012-04-23 at 7.32.32 AMIt’s here ladies. The weather is getting warmer by the week and all thoughts start to turn to swimsuit season. If you are like me, I loathe hopping from store to store to find the one suit that flatters me most. By the end of the day I usually come home empty handed and my self esteem broken.

From seasons past I have a general idea of the style that works best for me, so this year I’ve decided to take it to the internet (to save some gas and sanity). Figleaves swimwear has a great selection of both one and two pieces. Seriously… I believe I saw over 1000 selections! I’ve daydreamed a bit about some of the cute bikinis, but reality sets in and I remember what my body really looks like after carrying five full term babies. Their one piece selection is just as cute and will cover the areas that need to be.

Screen shot 2012-04-23 at 7.41.35 AMWhile I was at the site looking around, I found a few other items that caught my eye. There is one area of my wardrobe that is seriously lacking… my sleepwear. I am not kidding when I tell you that I am still wearing the same nightgowns that I bought to bring to the hospital when I had Emma (5 years ago). The material on the underside of the arms has gotten thin enough that you can now see through them. The nightwear from figleaves looks practical, comfortable and if you want it, they even have a few sexy items. It’s not often you find classic items for everyone, even maternity and nursing, all in one place. When I splurge on items to sleep in, I try to find a happy medium between comfortable (if I can’t sleep in it… it’s not coming home with me!) and attractive (gotta keep the hubster interested, right?:). I found many items that fit that bill!

I was so fed up of wearing dull and drab clothes during my pregnancy and hence went searching for good maternity clothing. I came across Morph maternity. It offers a large variety of maternity and nursing tops and other clothes. After trying out a couple of them, I am completely convinced that Morph maternity is the place to go for maternity clothing.
