Blue Man Group to Visit Starlight Theatre on Sept. 9-14

Blue Man Group is best known for multimedia performances that feature three bald and blue characters who take the audience on a journey that is funny, intelligent and visually stunning. A live band, with haunting tribal rhythms that help drive the show to its climax, accompanies the Blue Men.
I was fortunate enough to catch the show last night during a girls night out.
We were captivated, we laughed, we shook our bootie, we rocked out and had an all around good time!
There were several opportunities for audience members to join the Blue Man Group on stage. If you are wanting to be “part of the show” I would highly recommend purchasing tickets in the front section. There seemed to be a lot of interaction down there and I think that you would be more engulfed in the show.
I also noticed that the Blue Man Group was very expressive with their facial expressions. Unfortunately I had to squint a bit to try to read what was going on on their faces. There were a few times they brought out a big screen to project onto, but even then it was a little hard to see exactly what was going on.
Although there were a few exaggerated pauses in the fun (while picking audience members) they still seemed to keep the entire theaters attention, even the littles sitting a few rows ahead of us.
All of that being said, we enjoyed ourselves and we left with a smile on our faces.

The Blue Man Group is awesome. I saw them one time and I was mesmerized by their incredible show and talent. I want to see them again!

Lucky you! Blue Man Group has been a favorite of mine for years, although I’ve not yet seen them live and in person. Thanks for sharing your experience–now I want to see them even more!
Would you believe I am born and raised in Las Vegas, still live here, and have never seen the Blue Man Group show? I have heard some great things!
