Baileys No Churn Ice Cream with Guinness Chocolate Ripple

We are continuing our series of No Churn Ice Cream recipes with a fun one that will bring a BANG this 4th of July!

How about a little Baileys and Guinness?

INGREDIENTS
Chocolate Sauce:
1/2 cup Guinness Extra Stout
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Ice Cream:
2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream

As with our other recipes, this one is fairly simple. No extra gadgets required.

DIRECTIONS
Combine sauce ingredients in pan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until thickened (temperature reaches 225).
Allow to cool.

In a large bowl, whisk heavy cream and Baileys on high speed until soft peaks form.
Add in condensed milk.

Spread 1/3 of this mixture into a loaf pan.
Drizzle chocolate over mixture.
Spread 1/3 of this ice cream mixture into a loaf pan over chocolate.
Drizzle chocolate over mixture.
Spread remaining ice cream miture into pan.
Cover with foil and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.

  11. Cover with foil and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
