Strawberry White Chocolate Bark
My favorite spring/summer fruit is strawberries. My favorite candy…. chocolate. Put the two of them together and you have a marriage made in heaven. I made chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines Day earlier this year. This time I thought a more portable, more chocolate focused treat was in order.
This is a super simple, two ingredient recipe. You will need 12 oz White Chocolate Melting Chips and 1 oz of Freeze Dried Strawberries.
DIRECTIONS:
Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread 3/4 of the strawberries around on prepared sheet.
Heat chocolate by microwaving for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
Pour melted chocolate over strawberries.
Sprinkle top with remaining strawberries.
Let cool completely before cutting.

This looks delicious. I have never seen freeze dried strawberries at the store. I will have to keep an eye out.
This is so easy and looks so pretty. I love berries and chocolate. I never thought about combining freeze dried berries with chocolate.
Never thought to use freezer dried strawberries in chocolate bark, now if i can only use regular white chocolate instead of candy chocolate as i know it contains bad hydrogenated oils and most likely corn sysop that i try to avoid.

I love the dried simply balanced fruit! I buy them at target every week. Never thought of using them in a recipe though. Very easy to make and easy recipe to follow. And I love white chocolate.
