    What I find most interesting about Biltmore is all the different people who have visited it along with the sheer beauty of the architecture, decor and, grounds.

    The website has a vast selection to browse through, from the activities at Biltmore to the beautiful surroundings for sightseeing and the wonderful Winery to casually tour and partake in. I was so pleasantly surprised by the website and so impressed to see such inspirational decorating & entertaining ideas, delicious recipes, helpful gardening tips, and stories of Holiday traditions. I am anxious to plan our next family vacation for this destination of “Old World Charm” at the Biltmore House & Gardens and the Antler Hill Village.

    I didn’t realize you could buy their wines online. We actually visited the Biltmore on our honeymoon, it is gorgeous! Loved everything, the gardens are amazing, it even has an bowling alley. I would love to see it at Christmas time. It is really worth a visit.

    i found it interesting that it is nestled on 8,000 acres in the mountains of Asheville, NC also they have a ton of fun activities you can do, shopping being one of them! they have alot of little shops to look around in. also they have a few restaurants/diners you can eat in! they have activities and things for people of all ages! kids to adults, so there is some fun for everyone!

    An interesting fact is that it was used in the filming of Hannibal. 🙂 It was Mason Verger’s house/mansion. 😀

    I found it interesting that you can STAY at the Biltmore Estate now! I visited there as a child in the 80’s and only remember being awed at how impressive and beautiful it was-didn’t have any idea you could stay there. I am definitely interested in a stay at the Inn, especially now that my mom lives in NC! Thanks for the chance to win the cool prizes!

    We love to visit the Biltmore. We try to see the house a couple times a year, but enjoy going to the barnyard and gardens all spring and summer long. They throw a wonderful Easter Egg Hunt!

  98. Wow the facade of the complex is stunning and unusual. I love that they have a shopping section for gifts and to bring home a bit of the fun. But the most wonderful is the Skinner-crafted organ which fills the grand Banquet Hall and First Floor during Christmastime. WOW!
